The radio-controlled bale unroller is operated intuitively by a control unit that operates all functions. The UBI SWITCH offers a wide range of accessories from feeding to strawbedding to animal welfare. The 180° rotation of the machine and its rear drive and steering wheel allow for a great deal of freedom of movement during strawbedding and unrolling.The accessory change is done in less than 2 minutes and offers great versatility, the rotation of the machine through 180° as well as its rear drive and steering wheel allow great freedom of movement during the bedding and unrolling phases.

EASY TO USE

The UBI SWITCH is controled by a remote-controlled, the remote controls all the movements of the machine: advancing the machine, rotating the case, changing attachments, using all attachments and of course unrolling the bales.

COMPACT MACHINE

A compact machine with an overall width of 1.60m, its rear wheel drive and steering allows you to get around and use the attachments in the smallest corners of the farm.

SWITCH ACCESSORIES

Parallelogram accessory changing system, the accessory and the machine are put in a safety shut-down mode by a mechanical stop without a need for tools – accessory change < 2 minutes.

RETRACTABLE TEETH

Conveyor chain fitted with retractable teeth to give an efficient unrolling and avoid the product to go under the machine. This system let a homogeneous line along the feeding table.

ACCESSORY - DOUBLE STRAW SPREADING DISCS

The double straw bedding disc offer a 6 m straw-bedding width perfect for straw-bedding of areas and whitening litter.

ACCESSORY - DISTRIBUTION ENDLESS AUGER

The auger allows the feeding of mechanised conveyors on the right and left. It can also be used to distribute along the feed fence in narrow aisles (2.40m). The attachment is equipped with a force control that avoids blockage problems. It can distribute up to 55cm high.

ACCESSORY - SWEEPER FOR CUBICLES

Equiped with a Ø 1 m brush in a housing with rotation in both directions for left or the right side sweeping. The brush is offset manually.

ACCESSORY - DISTRIBUTION CONVEYOR WITH SPREADING SYSTEM

Distribution on the right and left, the conveyor is offset by 30 cm on one side to limit contact with the wheels. This accessory allows distribution in narrow aisles from 2.30 m while keeping the box within the machine's footprint. The straw projector comb can be raised hydraulically to switch to distribution mode, it projects the straw to 2 or 3 metres to cover the cubicle.
